We visited Adelaide after a trip down through the centre of Queensland via Hebel and Lightning Ridge. Stopping at Dubbo ZOO and Canberra. The trip after Adelaide was across the Great Ocean road and into country Victoria and back to Queensland again via Canberra and up through Stanthorpe to Townsville via the coast. This trip was in our first van, a 475 tandem Coromal shower poptop van towed by a TDI Landover. Great tow vehicle for a smaller van, excellent economy and sufficient power for touring. We traded the disco as the ridiculous ball weight of 150Kg was insufficient for the new Compass. |
